A TRAGIC LOSS 

While the passing of Bjossa is a tragic loss, it may serve to remind the public of the horrors hidden behind tourist attractions such as the Vancouver Aquarium, SeaWorld, and like institutions that purport to serve a greater educational purpose.

The lesson cannot be any clearer -- the artificial environments provided by aquatic parks do not serve the best interests of those they exploit.
